Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Master’s Degree from an accredited institution, approved by the Bermuda Nursing Council.
7 to 10 years of progressive management experience in a Maternal Child Services setting.
A proven track record in clinical management and senior leadership potential.
Strong experience in financial and risk management, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Current registration with the Bermuda Nursing Council.
